The estate comprises the main villa with private chapel, frescoed reception rooms and servants quarters, the Dependence which housed the stables, the vats and grape press , and the two ‘ limonaie’ where the numerous lemon trees, wine, olive oil, crops and hay were stored in the winter.
The estate is still farmed in the traditional way with total respect for nature and what it offers.
The main villa is furnished in the traditional Tuscan style and has a well-equipped Tuscan kitchen perfect for cookery lessons and family get- togethers.
There is a large dining room and pretty sitting room with open fire which opens onto the lovely garden and Just beyond the Sitting room is a library with study.
Upstairs there are the bedrooms and a huge ball room with terrace overlooking the countryside.
The vast gardens are beautifully kept and the solar heated pool (14m X8m)is safely fenced with a children’s area. There is also a 5 a side football pitch for the more energetic and attractive walks through the olive groves .
