It is in the much sought after Pacific side, on a very quiet street, directly above and a short walk from the private palm lined Pedregal beach, which is renowned for it\'s unique beauty and privacy.
The Pacific side of Pedregal is as much as 10 degrees cooler than the rest of Los Cabos due to the cool pacific breeze that the location enjoys.
