This two level home has it all – a wonderful kitchen, large living room, three season porch, and family room on the main level, along with three bedrooms. Bedroom one has one full bed, Bedroom 2 has one full bed and one twin day bed, and Bedroom 3 has two sets of twin bunks! A large master suite and laundry room are located in the newly renovated upper level. Swim at the beach, relax on the waterfront deck or on one of two stone patios. Enjoy views of Governor’s Island, Weirs Beach, Stonedam Island or Meredith Bay! Relax and enjoy sun all day from this relaxing island retreat! Parking for vehicles is available in Meredith in the public parking lots. Launch your boat from the town docks in Meredith. This property accepts dogs with owner approval.
